Early Years professional learning at Flourish is led by Amanda McGuinness, Director of Autism Advocacy and Professional Practice. Amanda develops and delivers evidence informed, neuroaffirmative training informed by contemporary research, professional expertise and lived experience as an Audhd PDA advocate. Amanda collaborates with Early Years colleagues across the Flourish team to bring together specialist expertise and practical experience, ensuring every learning experience is tailored to the needs of individual settings.
